How do I borrow an accessible device like the Smart pen from SAS?

The Technology for Loan Request Form is now available for Fall 2020. Please note you have two options to receive loaned technology.  

• Option 1: On Campus Pickup– Please provide dates and times you can be on campus during SAS main campus working hours 8:30 am- 4:30 pm, Monday-Friday. Please schedule no later than two business days before your requested time. Someone from the AT Team will get back with you to coordinate the pickup.
• Option 2: By Mail –  If you are unable to come to campus and live more than 10 miles away from the UCF campus, you now have an option to receive your device by mail.
