Dietary and Allergen Ingredient Information
UCF Dining Services is committed to providing all guests with nutritious food options that fit their dietary needs. Allergen and ingredient transparency of the menu offerings we serve can provide helpful information to customers with food allergies. Campus Resources for UCF Dining Services 63 South Restaurant and other campus Nutrition and Allergen Menus are available to help provide a healthy campus experience. UCF Dining Services Management and supervisors are AllerTrain certified through ServSafe and available to help those with questions through a consultation meeting. Guests are encouraged to meet proactively to discuss their particularly allergy-related questions and concerns but are also welcome to talk with an onsite Manager, Supervisor, or other trained staff member for support. For additional questions or to set up a meeting, email ucfdining@ucf.edu or call (407) 823-2651. You can also reach out to a dietitian by emailing askthedietitian@aramark.com.
